You can cancel your order within 14 days after reception.
If your product has not been dispatched yet, we will proceed to order cancellation.
If your product has been dispatched, or dispatched and received, you will need to send it back at your charge. Only non-open products will accepted.

If you have opened the product, it cannot be returned, sorry.
If it is non-open and we are within 14 days after the delivery, you can cancel the order by returning the product at your cost.

We recommend to :
- Use cold temperature (max 30C or 90F) for machine washing.
- When using washing machine, if possible put the cloth in a net.
- Use low heat when tumble-drying.
- If you need to iron, use low heat and do not iron the side where the design is printed, iron the inner side.
- Do not dry-clean
